What we collect
- What you send us when you get in touch by WhatsApp, phone or email: usually your name, company, contact details and your message.
- Business contact details of people we work with or may work with, such as clients, suppliers and prospective customers, including names, job titles, work email addresses and phone numbers, and notes of our conversations.
The enquiry form on this site does not store anything. It only prepares a WhatsApp or email message for you to send. We do not use cookies or advertising trackers.
Why we use it, and our lawful basis
- To reply to your enquiry and to provide and manage our services (steps before a contract, and performing a contract).
- To keep in touch with business contacts about relevant services and opportunities (our legitimate interests in running and growing our business). You can ask us to stop at any time.
- To keep records we must keep by law, such as accounts and tax records (legal obligation).
We send electronic marketing only where the law allows it, and every message tells you how to opt out.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information. We use trusted providers to run our business, such as Microsoft 365 for email and documents, WhatsApp for messaging and secure cloud storage. Some of these providers may process data outside the UK, under the safeguards UK law requires. We may share information with our professional advisers, or where the law requires it. When we work for a client, we share business contact details with that client only as needed for the work.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries that do not lead to work for up to 12 months. We keep client and contract records for six years after the work ends, for legal and accounting reasons. We review business contact lists regularly and delete details we no longer need.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, and to have it corrected or deleted. You can also object to how we use it or ask us to limit it, and object to direct marketing at any time. Email info@sanadcommercial.com and we will reply within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk (opens in a new tab) or on 0303 123 1113.

This site is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver the pages, Cloudflare receives your device’s IP address. We do not use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers. All fonts, images and code are served from this site.
